One plaintiff seeks over $500,000 in unpaid wages

Allegations of wage theft, fraud, discrimination and elder abuse were filed in Kern County Superior Court against Tejon Ranch Company on Thursday, Feb. 11, the same day the New York Stock Exchange dumped TRC’s share price to $17.43, the lowest it has been since 2005.

The lawsuit outlines a surge in stress-related disabilities among TRC’s Lebec staff. Five of them say in their suit that the company’s President and CEO Gregory Bielli and his Human Resources Director Denise Spars conspired with Director of Hunting and Equestrian Operations Michael Campeau (and others) to systematically humiliate, isolate…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
