I won’t tell the story of Alice’s Restaurant—the song by Arlo Guthrie is 18 minutes long and trying to describe it would take twice that amount of time.

Let’s just say it involves a pile of garbage on top of a piece of mail with a guy’s name on it.

Here on our mountain, we have a case of life imitating art.

On March 18, Kathy Cercone was tired of seeing the forest service’s trash dumpster at Snowbunny Hill, and the surrounding land, being filled up by local residents who are too lazy to drive to…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
