COMMENTARY: Kern County Grand Jury Report about the El Tejon Unified School District

The Kern County Grand Jury issued a report two weeks ago about the El Tejon Unified School District. We published it in this newspaper. It pointed to poor communication between the board of trustees and the public. They mentioned discord and poor communication in the district, conflicts of interest, imprecise recusal policies and open meeting (Ralph M. Brown Act) violations.
