Three injured in near head-on collision in Frazier Park

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Sunday, August 31 at approximately 2:27 p.m. on Frazier Mountain Park Trail just west of Monterey Road.

California Highway Patrol (CHP) Officer DC Williams said the crash involved a white Chevrolet Trailblazer and a Toyota Prius. The Trailblazer was carrying two people, both local to Frazier Park. The driver was identified by CHP as 50-year-old Miguel Angel Carrillo, and the passenger was identified as 60-year-old Jehad Abdalla Halaby. The Prius was driven by 46-year-old Artur Khachatryan from Panorama City, according to the CHP.
