  • Meet Work of HeART Artist of the month Martha Casey-Dirker at a champagne reception (see Saturday, Jan. 8) and enjoy her work at the gallery through the month.
  • Burns of USFS slash piles around Pine Mountain will be ongoing this month.

  • AARP potluck meeting 12 noon at Frazier Mountain Park Community Center. Dr. Robert Martinez from the Frazier Mountain Community Health Center is guest speaker. Bring your questions, along with your plate and utensils.

  • Lunch ‘N’ Munch Series on caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia is a two-hour educational event by Let’s Live Local and California Counseling Network. Dutch-treat lunch at noon at Mountain Mercantile in Pine Mountain. Seating is limited so reservation are required Free program, donations are welcome.
  • Casey-Dirker’s Artist of the Month Champagne Reception is at 7 p.m. in the Work of HeART Gallery behind the Coffee Cantina (3011 Mt. Pinos Way,)
