  • AARP Potluck Meeting is 12 noon at Frazier Mountain Park Community Center. Guest speaker Linda Robredo from OK Farms tells about our local community farm. Bring plate and utensils.

Friday, April 8

  • Helping Hands is the Pine Mountain Town Hall Meeting topic, featuring speakers on local resources for those in need at 7 p.m. in the Condor Room. The public is welcome to attend.
  • Yoga and Meditation is offered at the Jizo Peace Center in Pine Mountain, (2012 Pioneer Way #5329) at 7 p.m. A suggestive donation of $5 to $10.
  • The Vagina Monologues premieres at 7:30 p.m. at Work of HeART Gallery (3011 Mt. Pinos Way, Frazier Park.) Tickets are $10, for more information call Julie at 661-242-2153.

  • Clean Up The Ridge Route (CUTRR) meets at 9 a.m. at the Ranch House Restaurant (49713 Gorman Post Rd.) Wear work clothes and bring tools, gloves, bottled water and a sack lunch.

  • Kazoo Talent Show invites you to perform for prizes. Dinner is at 5:30 p.m. The show is at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults, $12 for children at Pine Mountain Club Condor Room.
