• Frazier Mountain Little League election of board members will be held tonight, 6:30 p.m. at Caveman Cavey’s.

Saturday, September 26

• Join an Earthquake Tour of the San Andreas Fault led by Geologist Tim Elam, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. Meet at the Ridge Route Communities Museum, 3515 Park Dr., FP to set up carpools. In the tour, Elam shows you the signs of the fault and its effects, explaining this unique geologic area and the science you need to know. A $10 donation to the museum is suggested. • Beginning Tai Chi at Frazier Mountain Park 10–11 a.m. with instructor Jessie Finneman (661.448.5036). Donation is $5.

• It’s ‘You Pick Saturday’ at The Green Dragon Organic Farmers Market, 10 a.m. to noon, (3433 Los Padres Dr., Frazier Park). A variety of vegetables and herbs will be available for you to harvest yourself. Fresh eggs will also be available.

• Kern County Sheriff’s Frazier Park substation will hold a free, no-questions-asked Medication Take Back, 10 a.m.–2 p.m., (617 Monterey Tr., FP). Only pills, tablets and capsules will be accepted. No sharps or fluids.

• Don’t miss Shelter on the Hill’s 12th Annual Wine and Cheese Fundraiser at the Tejon Ranch vineyard, 3–6 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance, $35 at the door and are available at SOTH, the SOTH Thrift Store and Frazier Mountain Real Estate (Sue Alberti, 661.245-3755 or alberti@frazmtn.com).

• The Nightlife Band will play Country music in the true honky tonk Bakersfield Twang style at the free Rockin’ at the Ranch concert series, Outlets at Tejon 7–9 p.m., located in front of the Hacienda Food Court.

• The next planning session for the Holiday Faire and Festival of Lights parade, set for December 5, will be held at Caveman Caveys, 5 p.m. Join members of Mountain Memories, the Mountain Communities Chamber of Commerce and the Ridge Route Run Car Show in bringing back this holiday tradition.
