• The Frazier Park Library will host a ‘Deck the Halls’ holiday craft event at 3 p.m. Create a unique decoration to place on the Community Christmas Tree at the Holiday Faire (December 5). Craft supplies will be provided along with hot cocoa, coffee and cookies.

• The Holiday Faire and Festival of Lights Parade is almost here! Get ready for some old fashioned Holiday Fun, Saturday, Dec. 5, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in downtown Frazier Park. Do your gift shopping and get photos of the kids with Santa. Join in with the carolers, watch local community performances, decorate cookies, visit the kids’ activity corner and bounce house. • The Written Word Series hosts a night with mystery writer Mar Preston, Saturday, Dec. 5, 7 p.m. at Artworks Gallery in Pine Mountain Village (16233 Pine Valley Lane, PMC). Refreshments will be served.

• The In the Wings Studio of Dance Christmas Show on December 19 is ‘Baby It’s Cold Outside.’ Don’t miss this holiday gala.
