They are always happy to welcome new members. Come socialize, learn and participate in the ‘Comfort Zone’ project, making quilts and bags to donate to at-risk children at Jamison Center in Bakersfield.

* The 10 a.m. Pine Mountain Clubhouse Task Force Open Meeting in in the Condor Room with the board and “the PMCPOA Architect” to cover phases of the building plan, including ADA requirements. A motion about funding the task force’s next phase may be made. There will be time for questions and all PMC residents are invited.

• The PMC Guitar Society meets at noon in the Pine Mountain clubhouse pool pavilion. Electric and acoustic players are welcome to the group, which meets twice a month and will be gearing up to perform at the second annual PMC GuitarFest this summer.
