• The AARP Frazier Park Chapter Senior Exercise program continues every Monday and Thursday, 11 a.m.–noon. This program is held at the Frazier Park Community Center (3015 Mt. Pinos Way #201, FP). Annual dues for the chapter are $5, and are payable upon attendance. If you have questions, call Beth Gomez (chapter president) at 661.245.5472.

• Bingo Night is every Saturday, 6–9 p.m. at VFW post 9791 (612 Canada Trail, FP). Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the first game will begin at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited. VFW pull-tabs and refreshments will be offered for sale. Bring a friend and support your local veterans and the many ways they support your community.

• Friends of the Frazier Park Library will host a Crafts and Collectibles Show, Saturday, October 8, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Vendors are encouraged to sign up and rent a table for $10. For more information contact Frazier Park Library at 661.245.1267.

• Reserve your space at Movie Night under the Stars with the Frazier Mountain Boys & Girls club by Monday, October 10. Thursday, October 20, 5–6:30 p.m., bring a blanket and pillow or your favorite lawn chair to Frazier Park School’s back field, where hot chocolate and snacks will be available as well as a screening of Hotel Transylvania. • The annual American Indian Celebration returns to the Antelope Valley Indian Museum, Saturday, October 15 and Sunday, October 16, 11 a.m.–4 p.m. (15701 East Avenue M, Lancaster). Listen to traditional stories, watch dancers, shop native art and collectibles, participate in the fund-raising raffle and try Indian tacos and frybread. • Mountain Memories Association board meeting and Holiday Faire planning is Sunday, October 16, 5:30–8:30 p.m. at Caveman Cavey’s Pizza (3620 Mt. Pinos Way, #107, FP). This meeting is to discuss the plans for both the Holiday Faire and the Fantasy of Lights Parade. Anyone who wishes to contribute is welcome to attend. The Holiday Faire and Festival of Lights Parade will be Saturday, December 3.
