• The AARP Frazier Park Chapter Senior Exercise program continues every Monday and Thursday, 11 a.m.–noon. This program is held at the Frazier Park Community Center (3801 Park Dr., FP). Annual dues for the chapter are $5, and are payable upon attendance. If you have questions, call Beth Gomez (chapter president) at 661.245.5472.

• Bingo Night is every Saturday, 6–9 p.m. at VFW post 9791 (612 Canada Trail, FP). Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the first game will begin at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited. VFW pull-tabs and refreshments will be offered for sale. Bring a friend and support your local veterans and the many ways they support your community. Don’t miss their Spooktacular Bingo Night, Saturday Oct. 29, which includes a costume contest!

• The annual Board elections meeting for Frazier Mountain Little League will take place at Caveman Cavey’s, Monday, October 24, 6:30–7:30 p.m. (3620 Mt. Pinos Way, FP).

• Save the Date for three events at the Frazier Park Community Center, Saturday, Oct. 29. A free clothing giveaway begins at 10 a.m., followed by a free community dinner at 3 p.m. and their 6th annual Truck or Treat event, from 4–6 p.m. Contact Mountain Communities Family Resource Center at 661.245.4303 for details or ways to lend help as a volunteer.

• Visit Wind Wolves Preserve for their annual Fright Hike, Saturday, Oct. 29, 6–8 p.m. Learn about night-time animals, hear local ghost stories and hike a spooky trail guided by trail experts. Register now at wildlandconservancy.org

• The annual Halloween Party and Costume Contest at Sue’s Tavern with special musical guest Driver is Saturday, Oct. 29, 9 p.m. (3440 Mt. Pinos Way, FP).

• Everyone is invited to Halloween Palooza at Frazier Park Community Center, Sunday, Oct. 30, 1–4 p.m. for games, crafts, snacks and a costume contest. Kids of all ages are invited, but parental guidance is advised for the haunted house. This event is hosted by Frazier Park Library and Mountain Communities Family Resource Center.
