• Kids can get a free backpack at Frazier Park Library today, starying at 12 p.m. until supplies run out. This Back2School Free Backpack Giveaway is hosted by Kern County Department of Child Support Services and aims to provide one free backpack to each child from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
