• Public Hearing on Piñon Pines Permit to Install a Treatment Plant and Drill a 500-foot Water Well with no environmental impact study will be held in Bakersfield at 7 p.m. in the Kern County Board of Supervisors chambers (1115 Truxtun Avenue, first floor, Bakersfield; free parking).
