FRAZIER PARK/CUDDY VALLEY, CA (Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016 at 8:05 a.m.)—A vehicle has rolled over east of the Mil Potrero Y at the top of Cuddy Valley. Emergency responders are enroute. The roads are very icy in Cuddy Valley and along Mil Potrero Highway. Slow speeds are necessary to avoid collisions.
