Robert Sanchez, El Tejon Unified School District’s creative chef and cafeteria manager, is cooking up ideas for a Hunger Games theme “Victor’s Feast” on Friday, Oct. 10 to lead into Frazier Mountain High School’s Homecoming game. The Homecoming Dance will be after the game, until 11 p.m.

On the menu for homecoming week, Sanchez has included his “Grill on Fire” roast chicken, and a pretend squirrel stew (turkey and gravy). The Victor’s Feast may be served as a formal lunch with linen-covered tables if the Associated Student Body (ASB) jumps on board to implement the idea, Sanchez said in an interview.
