In these modern times, financial protections in place is a must for all businesses.

On Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 1-2:30 p.m., Educational Community for HOA Homeowners (Echo) will be putting on their annual Zoom seminar with hosts, William Erlanger of Levy, Erlanger & Company LLP, CPAs, and Jasmine Hale, Esq. of Berding | Weil, to discuss the intricacies of HOA finances and the warning signs of fraud. The event is free for all HOA Board Members, Homeowners, and HOA Board Treasurers who wish to participate.

Among the trove of topics, the event will focus on financial red flags and how to recognize and respond to them, the distinctions between audits and reviews, highlight the responsibility of the Board of Directors, and best practices to protect association funds and how to implement them in your association.
