Water Rate meeting for Frazier Park is Nov. 10

On November 10 at 6 p.m. another public meeting about FPPUD water rate changes will be held at the Frazier Mountain Park Community Center.

Analyst John Van den Bergh from Sacramento will explain his process in making the water rate study. He will answer questions from the public. The FPPUD board will be there to answer questions also.

After that the board will hold its regular meeting. They will select one of six candidates to fill the empty FPPUD board seat. Candidates who have asked to be considered are Tommy Hastings, Terry Kelling, Tonya Englebrecht, DiAnn Dever, Steve Berry and William Feliz. Each of them submitted a letter of interest with their qualifications to serve.

The usual “fourth Thursday of the month” regional water project (annexation) preplanning committee meeting at the FPPUD office will be on November 17, the third Thursday, because of Thanksgiving, Clerk of the FPPUD Board Tiffany Matte writes.
