Boil Water Notice in Western Frazier Park LIFTED

FRAZIER PARK, CA (Friday, July 17, 2023 at 4:59 p.m.)—Frazier Park Public Utility District has LIFTED its boil water notice for the western neighborhoods of Frazier Park, according to water district manager Jonnie Allison. He said the notices are currently being distributed door-to-door.

FRAZIER PARK, CA (Friday, July 14, 2023 at 12:24 p.m.)—Frazier Park Public Utility District has extended the Western Frazier Park water Boil Notice that began Monday morning. Jonnie Allison, FPPUD Manager, said about the system upgrade work being done at the top of Walnut Trail, “After doing work at the top of Walnut Trail, a new issue was detected on Logan Trail that required another shut off and boil notice. The issue has since been repaired and we are waiting on the test results from water samples in the affected area before the boil notice will be lifted.” The affected area is bordered on the west by West End Drive, on the north by North End Drive, on the east by North End Drive at Los Padres Drive, and on the south by Race Trail.

FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 11:37 a.m.)—Frazier Park Public Utility District has extended the Western Frazier Park water shutoff that began Monday morning. Jonnie Allison, FPPUD Manager, said about the system upgrade work being done at the top of Walnut Trail, “We ran into many more problems than anticipated. We are working diligently right now to get everyone’s water back on.” Everyone is reminded that, once water service is restored, the water must be boiled before drinking it. The affected area is bordered on the west by West End Drive, on the north by North End Drive, on the east by North End Drive at Los Padres Drive, and on the south by Race Trail.
