At their quarterly meeting April 11, board members of the Mil Potrero Mutual Water Company (MPMWC—serving the Pine Mountain community) said wells are at a historic low. They voted to invoke a “severely restricted water supply condition” program. Fines have been doubled (up to $500) for those who ignore multiple warnings.
