Master Plan Masterminds ask smart questions about park

New funds of $2.45 billion for investment in California public parks and waterway projects could be available if a proposition for the November 8, 2016 general election qualifies for the ballot and is passed by voters.

Bob Lerude, director of Kern County’s Department of Parks and Recreation, said he wants the Mountain Communities to have a Frazier Mountain Park Master Plan ready to go.
