Wildfire Reduction Plan proposed to mountain residents

The Los Padres National Forest (LPNF) recently announced the release of the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for its Wildfire Risk Reduction Project (WRRP), formerly known as the Ecological Restoration Project. The Forest Service is inviting the public to review and comment on the plan, which outlines major steps to protect local communities and improve forest health across five counties…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
