Charles “Chuck” Noble of Lebec has bounced back from heart surgery. His family and friends know he is feeling better because he wrote last week: “…Took the ‘54 out for the first time since getting pacemaker,” then added a few days later: “Drove up Digier Canyon Road in Lebec in quest of wildflower bloom photos along the Grapevine, from a different angle, before they fade away in the heat.”
