Willard “Fred” Kiesner passed away at home in Grover Beach, California, on April 26 after a lengthy illness.

Fred was editor of The Mountain Enterprise for several years from 1973 to 1976.
While working at The Mountain Enterprise, he also established at Loyola Marymount University what would become, by the time he retired, one of the most recognized and highly-regarded…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
