You ARE the 2020 census

If 11,000 people live in the Mountain Communities and only 9,000 of them are counted, we lose out on money and services that are rightfully ours.

Every ten years the United States counts its population. But in 2010, rural Kern County was undercounted.

Children were particularly overlooked in the 2010 undercount. This year, 2020, is a new census year. Everyone—everyone—is supposed to be counted.
