Man Arrested on Suspicion of Drug Sales in Frazier Park

Frazier Park (Thursday, Aug.18, 2011at 3:07p.m.)—Kern County Sheriff’s Sergeant Mark Brown released this report today:

 On August 16, 2011, at about 7:50 p.m., a Frazier Park Substation deputy stopped a vehicle driven by Stephen Anderson on the 600 block of Monterey Trail in Frazier Park. Anderson exhibited signs and symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was arrested.

Deputies seized approximately one half gram of suspected heroin, approximately 1.4 grams of suspected methamphetamine packaged for sales and approximately 10 grams of suspected marijuana packaged for sales from the vehicle. The deputies served a search warrant at Anderson’s home in Frazier Park and seized approximately 2.2 grams of suspected heroin packaged for sales and suspected drug sales paraphernalia. Anderson was booked into the Kern County Jail.
