This is a letter from the president of the Friends of the Frazier Park Library to invite all the public to a 2 p.m. meeting Saturday, Oct. 8 at the library community room:

The Board of the Friends of the Library, Frazier Park Branch has become increasingly distressed by the absence of Librarian Marie Smith from the Library.

At the October Board meeting (2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 in the Library Community Room) the Board will discuss this issue.

All Friends of the Library members and the public are welcome to attend the meeting.
