UPDATE—FRAZIER PARK, CA (Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012 at 9 a.m.)—Area schools are open again and surface roads are clear in most places.

FRAZIER PARK, CA (MONDAY, FEB. 27, 2012 at 11:10 a.m.)–El Tejon Unified School District Maintenance, Operations and Transportation (MOT) Supervisor Fernando Nieto reported at 5:25 p.m. that ETUSD’s three schools (Frazier Park School, El Tejon School and Frazier Mountain High School) will remain closed through Tuesday.

Pine Mountain Learning Center officials could not be reached regarding their plans for Tuesday.

Gorman School officials could not be reached regarding their plans for Tuesday.

FRAZIER PARK, CA (MONDAY, FEB. 27, 2012 at 11:10 a.m.)–Three schools in the El Tejon Unified School School District will close beginning at noon, according to Maintenance, Operations and Transportation (MOT) Supervisor Fernando Nieto.

Frazier Park School will close at noon, El Tejon School at 12:30 p.m. and Frazier Mountain High School at 1 p.m., Nieto told The Mountain Enterprise this morning.

Pine Mountain Learning Center will close at 12:30 p.m.

Gorman School will close at 12:45 p.m.
