Frazier Park, Lebec, Piñon Pines, Pine Mountain Club, CA (Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019 at 6:30 a.m.)—There will be a two-hour delay at all El Tejon Unified School District schools on Wednesday, but no minimum day.

Frazier Park, Lebec, Piñon Pines, Pine Mountain Club, CA (Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019 at 6:40 a.m.)— ETUSD will close for Tuesday due to icy conditions. Interim Superintendent Sara Haflich has just announced the decision to remain closed today. The schools affected are El Tejon Middle School, Frazier Park Elementary School, Frazier Mountain High School and Condor Academy.

Frazier Park, Lebec, Piñon Pines, Pine Mountain Club, CA (Monday, Jan. 14, 2019 at 7:20 p.m.) — El Tejon Unified School District said tonight a two-hour delay is planned for Tuesday.

Frazier Mountain High School Principal Sara Haflich—serving as ETUSD’s interim superintendent — said administrators will decide in the morning if conditions are suitable to hold school. Haflich explained that if weather and road conditions are suitable, they also have to be sure the walkways and stairways are cleaned up, shoveled and not slippery, for students’ safety.

El Tejon School District Closed Monday

Frazier Park, Lebec, Piñon Pines, Pine Mountain Club, CA (Monday, Jan. 14, 2019 at 7:30 a.m.) — All El Tejon Unified School District schools will be closed today, due to the weather. Frazier Park Elementary School, El Tejon Middle School, Frazier Mountain High School, and the Condor Academy will all be on a “snow day” weather closure status.
