  • Watermelon Eating Contests are always a hit. The famous Eating Contests are noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, with log sawing, horseshoes and arm wrestling  on Sunday, along with worship,  pancakes  and lots of music.

Flip to page 10 to see all the bands that are playing. There are vendors, the carnival and rides, plus fun competitions still coming up on Sunday. Horseshoes Contest? First Responders’ Log Sawing showdown at noon Sunday? In the Community Center on Sunday see the Artists of the Mountain show, and try your hand at Arm Wrestling at 4-5:30 p.m. on Sunday. There will be Worship in the Park 10-11:30 a.m. too. Don’t miss the 7-11 a.m. VFW Pancake Breakfast in the Frazier Park Community Center Sunday.

Harry Spyrka of Frazier Park is the Honorary Mayor. Stan McCuen of Lockwood Valley is Honorary Sheriff. Tina Hogan Grant is the parade Grand Marshal. See you there!
