NEW, EASY, VACCINATION APPOINTMENT SITE

FRAZIER PARK, CA (Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5:29 A.M.)— A new, more direct method of getting an appointment for a vaccination this Saturday or Sunday, March 20-21, is now available.

,Click here  or enter into your browser: https://web.production.gyantts.com/?org=adv-fd

•Click “Vaccine information.”

• This will take you through a series of quick questions (your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, zip code) and then it will tell you whether you are eligible by current criteria (age 65+, medical worker, educator, childcare worker, public safety first responder, food or farmworker for instance..) but keep alert, because the age requirement is dropping in some areas and other categories are opening up.

• Select the Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley – Frazier Park Vaccination Center and schedule an appointment. [When it asks for your preferred location, scroll down the page, and click option to see 10-20 locations on your screen. When we checked, Frazier Mountain Park’s community center location was the seventh one down on the list. That may change, so keep scrolling down.]

• When you get to date, scroll down to see times available.

Please try it now and make yourself an appointment.

If you need help, contact Mountain Communities Family Resource Center at 661.245.4303 who can also help those who do not have access to a computer; or call Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley 661.771.8400 or Kern County Public Health 661.321.3000.

You can also look at our illustrated guide to navigating phone reservations on page 14 of The Mountain Enterprise on neawsstands now. Big thanks to Josh Pierce for the early morning update. And thanks to BJ Saidi for a heads up in the afternoon.
