Reserve your pet’s spay/neuter appointment now—for Friday, July 11.

FRAZIER PARK and LEBEC, CA (Monday, July 7, 2014 at 3:40 p.m.)—July 7, 2014
Open Letter:
Please spread the word about the first of what may become (if there is enough demand) a monthly clinic at the Shelter on the Hill Animal Care Center in Lebec.

Through the combined efforts of Shelter on the Hill, the Animal Resource Center (in Frazier Park at the former SPCA location) and Valley Vet Nonprofit, the Mountain Communities will be able to take advantage of a local low-cost spay/neuter clinic on Friday, July 11 at SOTH in Lebec.

Valley Veterinary Nonprofit is a well established spay neuter clinic in Simi Valley. Recently, they converted a Winnebago into the  “Winniespaygo.” July 11 is Winniespaygo’s first venture to the Frazier Mountain area.

Make appointments as soon as possible as space is limited. The maximum number is 30 animals, including only two large dogs.

Pricing is: cats $40, small dogs $60 (less than 30 lbs), large dogs $80 (30 lbs or more). Pets scheduled for surgery can also receive: vaccinations $10, microchips $40, cat leukemia and AIDS test $20. Vouchers may be available.

Call SOTH at 661-248-5018 or the Animal Resource Center at 661-245-3398.  A volunteer will get back to you. Reservations for residents of the Mountain Communities will be taken first (non-residents if space permits). This offer is for private individuals only, no rescues.
