LEBEC, CA (Monday, March 10, 2014 at 3:15)—A small roadside brush fire about two miles west of I-5 was being quickly contained by Kern County Fire Department Station 57 just after 3 p.m. Several small fires erupted along the north side of Frazier Mountain Park Road, near Martin’s Garage at about 2:55 p.m. Another small patch of brush ignited about 1/2 mile to the west, leaving the possibility of a passing westbound vehicle causing the ignitions.
