Residents reported to The Mountain Enterprise on Tuesday, Oct. 4 that delays along Frazier Mountain Park Road, between Lebec and Frazier Park, are taking 15 to 20 minutes, due to Kern County Road Department repairs. Meanwhile, Caltrans is working in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5, near the Fort Tejon overpass and Grapevine Creek. Traffic will be closed down to two and three lanes (two during the night) through November. Drivers are urged to plan for delays. —PH/GM
