ETUSD classes are delayed two hours today

UPDATE—FRAZIER PARK, LEBEC, CA (WEDNESDAY, Feb. 6, 2019 at 6:33 a.m.)—Schools are delayed for two hours Wednesday morning due to icy roads, according to Interim Superintendent Sara Haflich. “But we will have school,” she said.

UPDATE—FRAZIER PARK, LEBEC, CA (Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 at 8:41 a.m.)—Peak to Peak Mountain Charter school and Gorman School are closed today.

UPDATE—FRAZIER PARK, LEBEC, CA (Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 at 7:40 a.m.)—Due to road conditions and the forecast for the rest of the day, El Tejon Unified School District schools will be closed today.

FRAZIER PARK, LEBEC, CA (Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 at 5:14 a.m.)— El Tejon Unified School District has announced a two-hour delay this Tuesday morning, according to Sara Haflich, interim superintendent.  UPDATE: “At 4:30 a.m. the roads were pure white into Pine Mountain Club, bridges in Frazier Park were pure ice with no sand yet anywhere,” Haflich explained, regarding why ETUSD made the two-hour delay decision.

FRAZIER PARK, LEBEC, CA (Monday, Feb. 4, 2019 at 7:55 a.m.)— Peak to Peak Mountain Charter School and Gorman School are also closed today, Monday.

FRAZIER PARK, LEBEC, CA (Monday, Feb. 4, 2019 at 5 a.m.)— El Tejon :Unified School District has called a two-hour delay for all its schools this morning, in anticipation of a large rain and possibly snow event hitting by 7 a.m. Fierce winds and low temperatures are expected to translate into snow above 5,000 feet today and tomorrow at 3,000 feet the National Weather Service says.
