FRAZIER PARK (Friday, Sept. 4, 11:20 a.m.)—The following dispatch has just been received from the Kern County Fire Department. It refers to a fire at the restaurant and FUBAR lounge across the street from the Moose Lodge on Lakewood Drive in Lake of the Woods. Please see this week’s report about this fire. Kern County Fire Department is asking for the public’s help.

On Tuesday, Sept. 1 at about 12:40 a.m., a call was received by the Kern County Fire Department for a structure fire at 340 Lakewood Drive in Lake of the Woods.

Investigators believe the cause to be suspicious and incendiary in nature.
