Next Up: Hearing on Tejon Mountain Village

The Kern County Planning Commission will hold a hearing September 10 (7 p.m.) to receive recommendations from Planning Department staff, ask questions of staff and receive the public’s input about the proposed Tejon Mountain Village development.

The project is proposed to include 3,450 residences, two 18-hole golf courses, plus 160,000 square feet of commercial development including restaurants, retail stores and offices.
