FRAZIER PARK (August 16, 2010, 7 a.m.)—The public is invited to celebrate the grand opening this week of an importnat ally for securing a healthy economic future for the Mountain Communities. The grand opening of the Small Business Development Center, coordinated by an organization that started in Santa Barbara 20 years ago, known as "WEV" or the Women’s Economic Ventures and Small Business Loan Fund, takes place Thursday, Aug. 19 at noon, in Cuddy Hall.
