Yes, fireworks in the forest: The Mountain Shakespeare Festival will host a patriotic evening of Old Time Radio Theater, music, and fireworks in the Pine Mountain Village Gazebo on July 4 at 8 p.m. The evening is free and all are invited.

O.K., nothing will be burning, but a sizzling live feed on a big screen in the gazebo will show the fireworks displays across the nation, courtesy of Rory, Wendy and Roby Worster.

Our own hot entertainment will get you laughing with Abbott and Costello’s classic skit “Who’s on First?” and other patriotic-themed Americana presented by the repertory cast of MSF.

Admission is free, sponsored by the Mountain Shakespeare Festival and Old Time Radio Theater.

Light refreshments will be available for sale in the tent. Everyone is welcome. Come share the fun, bring your friends, and enjoy an evening of fireworks right here on the mountain!
