FRAZIER PARK, CA (Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019 at 11:04 a.m.)—A helicopter contracted by Southern California Edison is flying “Overhead Inspections” over Frazier Park at this hour. Some residents have contacted the newspaper asking who is operating the chopper. A photographer in the side door of the aircraft is taking pictures of power line equipment for Edison to analyze safety conditions, according to a previous interview with Edison spokespersons.
