FRAZIER PARK, CA (Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015 at 11:01 a.m.)—Seven agencies are scheduled to present El Niño preparedness information at Frazier Park Library on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m.:

Kern County Fire
Kern County Animal Services
Kern County Sheriff’s Office
Kern County Public Works
Kern County Public Health
American Red Cross
National Weather Service

Representatives from the agencies will talk about how to prepare for a flood, what to do in a flood emergency, and emergency resources available to the public.
