FRAZIER PARK, CA (Friday, Sept. 4, 2020 at 11:45 a.m.)—A fire that burned grass and a corner of a home in Frazier Park has been extinguished. The fire, which was reported at about 11:30 a.m., was located at house on the corner of Walnut Trail and Mt. Pinos Way. It appeared that the fire had started on a downhill corner of the house near a deck and spread toward a neighboring house to the west. Kern County Fire Department Engine 57 was on scene and was able to control the flames by the time other engines arrived. The siding on the southwest corner of the house was burned, but otherwise the damage appeared to be minimal.
