The TriCounty Watchdogs is a committee of citizens who have reviewed the Tejon Mountain Village draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR). They worked together to create a 100-page booklet of responses to the 21,000-page TMV DEIR, and submitted it yesterday by the Kern County Planning Department’s July 13 at 5 p.m. deadline.
