FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013 at 9:31 a.m.)—Two big rigs collided this morning at about 6 a.m. on the southbound I-5 just south of Smokey Bear Road. One big rig was reported to be fully engulfed in flames and has ignited a small brush fire. One fatality was reported by CHP. A Sigalert was issued at 6:25 a.m. with all southbound lanes closed. The number one lane was reopened at 7:30 a.m.
