GRAPEVINE, CA (Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013 at 9:40 p.m.)—A big rig has jackknifed across all lanes of the northbound Interstate 5, just south of Grapevine. Fire personnel report that there appears to be minor injuries. The driver is currently attempting to “un-jackknife” his rig. CHP is conducting a traffic break from Lebec on the northbound I-5. A SIG-ALERT has been called, but it is unclear whether the rig driver will be able to clear his vehicle without the need for heavy tow equipment.
