LAKE OF THE WOODS, Calif. (Thursday, Oct. 1, 6:30 p.m.)—A head-on crash occurred at Lakewood Drive and Foothill in Lake of the Woods, according to Mark Ehly of the California Highway Patrol.The driver, Wayne Robert Harms Miller, 19 of Frazier Park, was not injured although his silver 2006 Chevy Colorado pick-up had “major front-end damage,” Ehly said. Miller was arrested for felony DUI and booked at Kern County Jail in Bakersfield. There were injuries in the second vehicle, Ehly said, but no further information is available at this time.
